Orioles' Tatum leaves with hand injury

07/24/2010 - Baltimore, MD (Sportsbook Betting Lines) - Baltimore Orioles catcher Craig Tatum left Saturday's 7-2 loss to Minnesota with a right hand injury.

In the top of the seventh inning with the Twins' Jason Repko at the plate, Tatum was hit on the top of the hand by a pitch from Jason Berken. Tatum was examined on the field by a team trainer, then exited and was replaced by Jake Fox.

The injury comes just as Baltimore is set to get Matt Wieters back. Wieters, who landed on the disabled list July 10 with a strained right hamstring, is expected to be activated for Sunday's game.
